South African chef Siba Mtongana puts a modern twist on and adds international flavor to traditional recipes from her childhood in this series filmed in her native Cape Town. Each episode re-creates a chapter of Siba's life, drawing on experiences ranging from her childhood to her time working as a food editor. The featured recipes also take inspiration from local artisans and the local restaurant scene.
